Jökulsárlón means literally “glacial river lagoon”. Jökulsárlón makes a huge impression because of amazing Glacier and Mountains landscape in the background and big icebergs floating on the water surface. Additionally I was lucky because of the sunny weather. This place is awesome and it’s photography paradise. Of course it’s a very popular location for tourists who for instance rent motorboats so you have to be patient to take your dream shot there. Due to the size of the lagoon I used Tokina 11-20 mm f/2.8 wide angle lens to capture more in the frame. I used HOYA PROND 1000 filter to freeze movement. Thanks to “Tokina Polska” and “NEXT77” who supplied me with this gear. After couple of tries I took a clear, long exposure shot. This is the result. Additionally I am attaching below setup preview of taking that photograph. “The making of” picture and video was taken with mobile phone.
