Kirkjufell was one of my must see locations in Iceland. Kirkjufell in Icelandic means “Church Mountain”. It is is a 463 m high mountain on the north coast of Iceland’s Snæfellsnes peninsula, near the town of Grundarfjörður. Kirkjufell was one of the filming locations for Game of Thrones. It was very windy day and extremely hard to hold the camera without a movement. This is why I haven’t used a tripod to freeze the waterfall. This is the result.
