The protection of personal data and the privacy of my clients and visitors to my website are my priority.

I limit the use and collection of information about visitors to my website to the minimum required to provide services at the highest level in accordance with the GDPR data minimization principle.

2.  Purpose of processing personal data (including image)

When taking photos, I undoubtedly process your image, and thus your personal data, in order to:

  • implementation of the terms of our contract (Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR)
  • implementation of consent to image processing (Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR)
  • performance of a contract concluded with a third party with which you are related to a situation (time, place and event), such as a wedding report on which you are a guest – the basis for such processing is the legitimate interest of the data controller in accordance with art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The processing of your image on the basis of my legitimate interest pursuant to art. (1) (f) GDPR, will be stopped immediately upon your request.

3.  Recipients of personal data

The recipients of your personal data may be companies that provide me with printing services, IT and those related to the proceeding of our contract. If the data transfer was to take place in the form of entrustment, you will be informed about it and this can only take place after signing the relevant data processing entrustment agreement.

4.  Profiling / Transfer to Third Countries

I process your personal data (including image) for statistical and analytical purposes in order to improve the provision of my services and this website. Your personal data is not subject to automatic decision making. Personal data may be transferred to third countries in connection with the recipients of your data indicated in the above point, whose seat may be outside the European Economic Area. Such transfer will take place on the basis of standard contractual clauses.

5.  Retention of the processing of your data

Your personal data will be kept for the period necessary to perform the contract that connects us, to provide you with an answer, and after this period, it will be stored for a period resulting from specific legal provisions (including tax law) and necessary to secure any claims or until withdrawal your consent.

You can exercise the right to request access to your personal data, request their rectification, objections, request their removal, requests to limit their processing and transfer the data.

Traffic on the website is monitored by Google Analytics statistics. This is to collect data on the manner and popularity of the use of my website.
